I can’t remember my life prior to salvation. I accepted Christ when I was 4. I re-committed my life when Maddie was 1 (2002).
Maddie was a pretty “sickly” baby, and I realized that everything was beyond my control – so I turned everything back over to God after several years of trying to be in control of my life.
I’m in the Word more consistently and try to take everything to God in prayer. Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord. Plans to prosper you and not to harm you. Plans to give you hope and a future.”
Evidence of my new life since salvation: A more gentle spirit, thirst for fellowship with other believers, hunger for understanding of God’s Word & a closer relationship with Christ.
