“Our message is the death burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. It’s where our hope is and it’s all we’ve got. So you do a disservice to our faith when you say, ‘well, Christians have a better marriages… Christians are better people… Christians…’ oh no, I’ve been around a lot of Christians. What we are is redeemed by the Cross of Jesus Christ. And that kindness leads us to repentance. And some of us come into this faith really jacked up and sanctification takes a long time. What we are is redeemed by the blood of the lamb. That’s what we are.”
